Bugs Fixed:

• Corrected the parametric curve normalization and added support for the Boundary Surface entity in the IGES reader.
• Able to list the adjacent nodes for surface grids in the Debug palette.
• Surface grid is written to the directory specified by Case Directory.
• Corrected surface mapping modification for trimmed surfaces (corrects potential problem with trimmed surfaces that are long and thin in physical space or are very coarse).
