Grid Tools
A variety of command line tools are provided for manipulating volume and surface grids. The tools are listed below, together with a short description of their purpose. Click on the appropriate tool for complete documentation. Note that each tool supports a "-help" command line option which summarizes the command line options for that particular tool.
- sm_offset: creates offset surface grid given a water-tight surface grid
- checkgrid: performs validation checks on a grid
- extract: extract elements from a volume grid based on id or angle criteria
- gridmerge: merges multiple grids into a single grid
- scalegrid: scales, rotates, translates, and transforms grids
- sgc: convert structured grids to unstructured grids
- sgridmerge: merges multiple surface grids into a single surface grid
- surftool: manipulates surfaces within a grid (and more)
- voltool: manipulates volumes within a grid
- ugc: unstructured grid converter
