Shuchisnigdha Deb is an Assistant Research Professor in the Department of Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems at Mississippi State University. She earned her Ph.D. from Mississippi State University, Masters from Montana State University, and Bachelors from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (Bangladesh), all in Industrial Engineering.

Research Interest
Her research interest includes human factors engineering and ergonomics, human computer/robot interaction, human-centered design, virtual reality in autonomous vehicle research, and engineering education, training, and assessment. Her research has been published in journals including IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems; Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies; Applied Ergonomics; and Accident Analysis and Prevention. She is a member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
