The
Summit on Advancing Modeling and Simulation for Autonomous Ground
Vehicles (SAMS AGV) returns to
Mississippi State
University in
February 2026 for its next in-person
gathering. Building on the success of our 2023 and 2024 events—which
brought together hundreds of attendees from across government, academia, and
industry—SAMS AGV 2026 will continue to foster collaboration and advance
the state of AGV modeling and simulation.
The 2026 summit will focus on
practical guidance and real-world
implementation—tackling questions like:
- How to build and validate high-fidelity virtual environments
- How to evaluate simulation fidelity and performance
- How to integrate M&S into CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows
SAMS AGV is a unique forum where developers and users meet to exchange ideas,
share tools, and shape the future of AGV simulation. Whether you’re focused on
military applications, off-road mobility, or next-generation autonomy, you’ll
find a community ready to engage.
