Refunds: The registration fee, less any processing costs, can be refunded up to the closing date. Please contact

If NSF cancels the underlying awards to support the PI meeting, and the meeting is cancelled, please note that the registration fee will not be refunded. It will be used to meet the contractual obligations with the hotel.
