Erasmus+ Programme 'Mobility for Learners - Higher Education Student Mobility'

The Erasmus+ Program "Mobility for learners and staff – Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility" (Mobility for students and teachers) is a major component of the Erasmus+ program in higher education.

Mississippi State University is a partner of the Technical University of Kosice (TUKE) (Slovakia).

Mississippi State University and the Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems (CAVS), through their partnership with the Technical University of Kosice, has announced an opportunity for employees to apply for a portion of an Erasmus+ Mobility Grant for 2018/2019.

Eligible applicants must be employees of Mississippi State University.

The sending and receiving organizations must agree on the activities to be undertaken (see ‘Mobility Agreement’) prior to the start of the mobility period. The agreement defines the target learning outcomes for the learning period abroad and list the rights and obligations of each party.

Duration of the Mobility

The minimum duration for an Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility is 6 days + 2 travel days. The staff training mobility must occur between May 1, 2019, and June 30, 2019.

Financial Rules

Selected applicants are eligible to receive funds to partially support their visit. Funds are not expected to fully cover all actual expenses incurred. Funds may cover individual support (subsistence) and travel. The applicant’s unit may supplement the grant to cover remaining costs.
