We are pleased to announce that the *August 2009* issue of the
IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation (TDEI)
will be a special issue on Power Modulators, Repetitive Pulsed Power
and High Voltage topics.
This is the second special issue of the Power Modulators and
Repetitive Pulsed Power, part of the IEEE Transactions on
Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation.
Paper submission Deadline is September 30, 2008. Papers submitted
later that this date may not have sufficient review and processing
time and may NOT be included in the Special Issue. Therefore, we
encourage you to submit your paper on or before this deadline.
