To be considered for review, abstracts must be submitted no later than midnight on
January 31, 2008.
ABSTRACT FORMAT
Abstract text is limited to 500 words including title, authors and affiliations. Abstracts should not include
graphs or tables. During the submission process you will be asked to choose between Power Modulators and
the High Voltage Workshop as well as to select a topic from the technical program that best describes the work
presented in the abstract. The author submitting the abstract should be the corresponding/contact author.
Please complete your submission carefully. All abstracts must be in final form. No typos or other errors can be
corrected after the deadline. Abstracts will not be considered or reviewed unless all required fields are completed.
Abstracts can be entered into the system and left at the completed stage without being submitted to allow online editing
by the author. Abstracts must be submitted by the submission deadline to be considered for the conference. Once the
abstract is submitted it cannot be edited.
Corresponding authors and presenters are limited to three abstract submissions; however there are no limitations
on the number of abstracts that one may co-author.
REVIEWS
Each abstract will be reviewed and rated by the members of the Technical Program Committee and recommended
for oral or poster presentation. The Technical Program Committee reserves the right to move abstracts between the Power Modulator Symposium
and the High Voltage Workshop.
AUTHOR NOTIFICATIONS
All correspondence, including notification of abstract acceptance and details for poster and oral presentations,
will be sent to the Corresponding Author (submitting author) via email. The corresponding author shall be responsible
for informing all contributing authors of any related correspondence. All first authors should register for the meeting in order to present their
poster or talk.
