Oral Papers

  • Oral papers for the Power Modulator Symposium will have an allotted presentation time of 13 minutes (25 for Invited) with an additional 2 minutes (5 for Invited) for follow on questions.
  • Oral papers for the High Voltage Workshop will have an allotted presentation time of 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for follow on questions.
  • Your presentation must be in PowerPoint 2003 (or newer) or Adobe PDF ver 6 (or newer). We will be using Windows XP-based computers for presentations and we strongly suggest that you verify your file works properly on such a platform prior to arrival.
  • Movies are often an issue because of the variety of file formats. We will not load special drivers if your movie fails to run properly on our computers.
  • Please include your name and abstract number in the name of your file to help us with the indexing.
  • We will have audio/visual personnel available on Tuesday (May 27) during the conference registration period and also for 30 minute periods in the morning and afternoon during the rest of the conference to help load your presentation on the conference computers. We will be able to accept submission via USB flash-drive or CD. We suggest that you bring both media as a backup. Please be pro-active and provide your briefing materials at the earliest opportunity.
