Biography:	Gail has been employed at MSU for almost 15 years and CAVS for 3 years. She has experience in BANNER with purchasing, accounts payable, leave maintenance, payroll, journal vouchers, JLRFs. Her duties while at MSU have included managing and coordinating departmental business operations by administering and maintaining departmental budget operations (i.e. reconciling departmental and MSU foundation budgets, updating the budget module, procurement card administration, travel). She has extensive knowledge of the hiring policies and procedures (job description, PARF, EAF, tax forms, I-9, etc.) for MSU. She has also been involved with contracts and grants through budget development, proposal preparation, IAS preparation, and monthly fund reconciliation. Her experience also includes maintaining departmental inventory (i.e. acquisitions, disposals, audits). She is also familiar with the departmental procedures for enrolling students, posting grades, developing the master schedule, adding students to closed sections, etc.
